The Parties undertake to follow the export control laws and regulations of the United Nations, China, the United States and other countries applicable to the Agreement. You promise not to use the products or services provided by Dakewe for purposes prohibited by applicable export control laws and regulations. Without the permission of the relevant authorities, you and other persons or entities authorized to use Dakewe's products or services by you will not, through the products or services, provide control technology, software or services to entities or persons prohibited by applicable export control laws and regulations.

VII. Exclusion and Limitation of Liability

  1. You acknowledge and agree that you should be liable for any third party claims arising from your use of the service, breach of the Agreement or any actions taken for your account. If Dakewe, its affiliated companies, employees, customers and partners are claimed for compensation by a third party, you should be responsible for handling such compensation and indemnify it and its affiliated companies for all losses and responsibilities incurred therefrom.
  2. To the extent permitted by the applicable law, Dakewe should not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special or derived damages in connection with or arising from the Agreement.
